At Trinity Care, we pride ourselves in retaining experienced and qualified Professional staff. Our team includes a variety of highly trained and capable staff that offer support and supervision to medically fragile seniors.
REGISTERED AND LICENSED NURSES administer prescribed medications and monitor vital signs, glucose levels, and chronic health issues. In addition to managing the daily health needs of our participants, our nurses also provide educational programs and are available to attend to any illness or emergency during the day.
ACTIVITY PROFESSIONALS plan and conduct activity programs which are personalized to individual interests to help keep our participants active and engaged.
CERTIFIED NURSING PROFESSIONALS provide assistance to activity professionals and offer support with feeding and personal care.
SOCIAL WORKERS offer family support and assist with plans of care while connecting families to community resources.
DIETARY CONSULTANT assist with meal planning, menu development and special diet management. Our consultant is also available to offer guidance with meal planning at home to ensure meals are consistent with dietary recommendations.
