At Trinity Care Adult Day Health Center, our highly qualified caring staff members assist with medical needs with the personalized support of our hands on, adult day care team. Our support staff includes Registered Nurses and Licensed Practical Nurses who actively participate in the daily activities of the center. Our Nurses monitor and observe our participants, administer medication and coordinate services with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
