Trinity Care Adult Day Health Center, offers compassionate care in a safe and comfortable environment. The service helps persons who need care to remain living at home or with family while offering respite and security to caregivers. Directed by registered nurses, our staff provides comprehensive medical services which include social and recreational activities, two nutritious meals, and health education. Our team incorporates a multitude of resources and activities both guided and independent throughout the day for clients to remain connected with peers while strengthening mental and physical capabilities.
At Trinity Care, we offer a variety of programs that focus on the individual capabilities of each participant while recognizing the unique barriers and limitations that may prohibit a participant from enjoying life.
Medical Care
Our center is staffed with highly qualified licensed staff in the filed that are specially certified to work with issues related to aging. Physical health is maintained throughout the day by our team of professionals that offer medication administration and oversight, weight and vital sign management, Diabetic care and other services as ordered by a physician.
Art Therapy
Our program offers a visual arts program focused on sharing memories and feelings while capturing “art” as they see it. Our participants communicate, relax and build confidence while expressing new and old parts of themselves. The program offers participants an opportunity to express themselves in new ways where remembering and communicating have become a challenge.
Music and Memory
At Trinity Care, music is a Universal language and connects our participants to the past while creating new memories. As a remedy for loneliness and anxiety or for personal enjoyment, music has the ability to change one’s mood while providing clinical and neurological benefits. From classic oldies to Spiritual Hymns, music therapy at Trinity Care provides a life line which connects every heart and every life.
Restorative Nursing
Restorative Nursing is a program designed by our RN’s as a follow up to physical, occupational, or speech therapy. The program benefits those who require assistance with ambulation, toileting, dressing and grooming. Restorative Nursing offers a post Rehabilitative program that does not require a physicians order and provides gait training and lower body strengthening,
